Hooray for June! Here in Ohio, most of May was rainy so, now that we can see summertime on the horizon, we couldn't be happier. Berry-picking season is well underway in our neck of the woods and, every Saturday, farmers' markets offer the freshest-picked veggies...unless you count on the ones you grow yourself!
We love shopping our local market, not just for veggies, but everything from honey & beeswax candles and fresh flowers to locally made cheese and homemade breads & muffins. You'd be surprised at all the treasures you'll find...a leisurely visit to each booth, chatting with farmers along the way, is a delicious way to start off a weekend!
|
One of our favorite books to cook from after a trip to the market is Meals in Minutes. It's one of our bestselling titles of all time and you'll find a whole chapter of
veggie-licious recipes inside, not to mention over 200 more delicious dishes ALL ready in under an hour. What could be better? These quick-to-fix dinners, desserts and more are not the only reason to add this title to your cookbook collection though...see below for special savings just for you!
Inside this edition of Feather Your Nest, you'll also find a handy conversion chart to help make the most of your farmers' market shopping and an announcement of an exciting partnership too...thanks for joining us this month!

| You know how we feel about building community, right? Next to comfort food and homemade goodness, it's one of our passions. The idea of bringing women together to share recipes, their stories and family treasures is something we're so proud to do with each of our cookbooks.
So, when we were asked to partner with a new group just getting started, we couldn't have been more tickled!

They'll share the recipes
on their site and we'll keep you updated on our Page on Facebook too.
