Thank you Gooseberry Patch...I just received my copy of Summer In The Country...I LOVE IT!!! I was lucky enough to have submitted a recipe which was chosen for the cookbook...I enjoyed reading all the wonderful recipes for picnics and summer time fun. Thank you for another charming and delicious book!!!!

This is my favorite Gooseberry Patch cookbook yet. The Crunchy Strawberry Salad and Honey Lime Dressing are delicious. Every recipe in this book sounds amazing, and just reading it makes you wish it was summertime!
