1 c. ham, cooked and diced
2 T. onion, chopped
1 T. butter
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 T. sherry
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1 T. fresh parsley, chopped
In saucepan, cook ham, onion and butter until onion is tender. Blend in soup, cheese and sherry. Cook until cheese melts, stirring often. Add spaghetti and parsley. Heat thoroughly and serve.
