3 c. peaches, pitted, peeled and sliced
9-inch pie crust
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
cinnamon to taste
Arrange peaches in pie crust so that the entire crust is covered. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and sugar. Mix together thoroughly and pour over peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes; reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
