Best overall cookbook that I own!

I love all of my Gooseberry Patch cookbooks, however the Coming Home cookbook is my absolute favorite! I can sit down and look through this book for hours. The recipes are delicious and simple to make. Everything that I have made from this book has turned out great! I highly reccommend the Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls from the 'Country Fair' section. This is my families new favorite Sunday morning treat!

Great Book!

I love all of the Gooseberry Patch books, but my favorites are all of the Christmas books and the Coming Home with Gooseberry Patch book. I love the Italian Sausage & Vegetable Soup recipe!

Must have!

I LOVE this cookbook and I have given out several copies to friends. I have not found a bad recipe in it! The directions are clear, the ingredients easy to find but the taste and presentation make these recipes a welcome change from the same ol' thing. I love the pictures and the commentaries. It's a great book to cuddle up with while deciding what goodies to make next!

Coming Home

The warmth of this particular cookbook is beyond recipes. Its sitting back with a cup of hot tea or coffee browsing through a classic cook book feeling as if you are home and can smell those familar scents. You can feel the change of the seasons from the beautiful pictures in this book. It is one of my very favorites and I have prepared many of the receipes for Church pot lucks and luncheons at my work place. I have several of your other books but Coming Home is used the most.
