1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. creamy or crunch peanut butter 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 12 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed 9 inch graham cracker crust Optional; additional whipped cream, chopped peanuts
Combine sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese in a large bowl; stir until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into piecrust. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving Top with additional whipped cream and chopped peanuts, if desired. Serves 8.
